The Republicans are excluding people of America to vote.  They disenfranchise the voters by requiring them to have a picture ID. Regular people in America don't have an ID, because it's not needed anywhere else. And passports are uncommon, since only the wealthy travel. Another option for getting a picture ID is owning a gun.  So you need to be wealthy or own a gun to vote, and since the majority of Republican voters are rich liberalists and gun owners, they secure that only a selected part of the citizens can vote, and the selected part votes for The Republicans. By doing so they take away the voting rights of the ordinary people. The law of having an ID is a tool made by the Republicans to ensure they win elections.

  1. Rigtig godt skrevet! I kunne overveje at give teksten en overskrift og at skrive mere i du-form, så den henvender sig tydeligere til dem, I gerne vil informere om problemet.

Grammatisk er der et par ting at kigge på:
    1. To exclude someone FROM something + det trækker ing-form. Dvs. den rettede sætning skal se således ud: The Republicans are excluding people of America from voting.
    2. Requiring THAT they have a picture ID. Sætningen skal enten omskrives med en præposition, "...requiring OF them to have..." eller med en that-sætning, som i dette tilfælde.

    Godt arbejde!
